Texon Ecosole 80 is a binder reinforced cellulose insoling material. It is a high quality non-welt application insole, designed to meet stringent manufacturing and end use requirements. A rugged insole used in all cement lasted applications, including performance type athletic footwear where a degree of firmness with resilience is required. Texon Ecosole 80 is created from 100% recycled fibres and no dyes making it economical and ecological.

Texon Sprint is a non-woven material using a new 'hook-bonded' method of manufacturing specially developed for Strobel lasting, which takes the fibres from the within the fabric to create a stitch which forms an integral part of the three dimensional structure of the product.

Texon T250 is a non-woven insole material designed for use in cement lasted footwear. It can be used with or without a sock lining. It has been created specifically for use in demanding constructions, footwear with deep cavity sole units and other types of footwear requiring high standards of wear performance.

Texon T28P is a non-woven material designed for strobel constructions. It is abrasion resistant, low gauge and strong. T28 material is permeable to both air and moisture making it ideal for strobel construction in casual and sports footwear.

T28P exceeds SATRA Performance Guideline Level A in all relevant tests, and is manufactured within the scope of our ISO Quality Management System. T28P has been adopted by the world’s leading sports footwear manufacturers.

Texon T97 is a high quality non-woven insole material designed for use in cement lasted footwear and Veldtschoen / Stitch-down constructions where more economical products are required. It can be used with or without a sock lining. It is also used in welted footwear with inclined or upright ribs, giving excellent bonds. Non-wicking grades are available for use with waterproof membranes.
