Texon Ecosole 60 is a binder reinforced cellulose insoling material, for use in welt or non-welt constructions. Texon Ecosole 60 is created from 100% recycled fibres and no dyes making it economical and ecological. Ideal for use in soccer boots and outdoor footwear.

Texon Ecosole 80 is a binder reinforced cellulose insoling material. It is a high quality non-welt application insole, designed to meet stringent manufacturing and end use requirements. A rugged insole used in all cement lasted applications, including performance type athletic footwear where a degree of firmness with resilience is required. Texon Ecosole 80 is created from 100% recycled fibres and no dyes making it economical and ecological.

Texon T251 is a high density, non-woven insole material giving a higher performance than Texon T250.

Non-woven Insoling Materials for strobel constructions. Texon T33 has extremely low extensibility both lengthways and width-ways to restrict growth during the force lasting process, ensuring accurate, trouble-free sole attachment or injection molding. T33 is also available for use in Antistatic or Conductive Safety Footwear antistatic (T33AS). Texon T31 is a similar product to T33 but with a surface treatment to restrict PU injection ‘strike through’ with direct injection, particularly the two-shot system.

Texon T411 is a high quality cellulose insoling material, engineered to meet the needs of shoe production and produce a high level of comfort for the wearer. Texon T411 is a premium antistatic insoling for safety footwear. Suitable for welt or cement construction.

Texon T48 Non-woven Insoling Material for use in Antistatic safety footwear

T48 has been engineered using a modified impregnant blend which allows the material to successfully conduct static electricity from the foot, through the insole, to the outsole. T48 is suitable for use in cement lasted or strobel constructions also having the ability to resist PU penetration during injection molding.

Texon T49 is softer and more flexible than T50 and is ideal for sewn-in constructions or applications where previously a natural leather insole would have been used.
