Insole - Texon Enigma Zero HT 3.6mm
Texon Enigma Zero HT is a new improved technical evolution of our successful Texon ENIGMA ZERO material that replaces convetional insoles and the need for a seperate midsole therefore also giving the foot a greater area of coverage and protection.
It is a non-metallic technically engineered anti-perforation insole material, which at 3.6mm is thinner and lightweight yet continues to give high performance for all types of safety footwear.
It has been specifically designed to be strong enough to deflect sharp objects such as tacks and nails, now with improved flexibility in both directions to ensure optimum comfort in the wearer.
This has been achieved by the use of high performance composite fibers woven, compacted and constructed in just three layers compared with up to five layers required by other materials. The use of only three layers also greatly reduces the risk of delaminating.
Texon Enigma Zero HT is certified to meet EN 12568:2010 with ZERO NAIL PENETRATION conforming to the newer EN standards.
Texon Enigma Zero HT is supplied as Standard or Anti-Static/Conductive and meets the required of ESD in EN ISO 20344:2004 Clause 6.2.2.2 for safety footwear components.
Texon Enigma Zero HT has been designed with greater flexibility in both directions, which allows you to maximise the yield per sheet and cut in multiple directions without comprimising performance and flexibility.
Texon Enigma Zero HT is produced from high tensile yams layered/compacted to give good even consistent performance across the sheet. The material is free of Acrylic and PU resins and is 100% recyclable.
