| Texon Underlay is a high quality technical fabric designed for use in roofing construction including lead, pitched & flat roofs as well as other construction applications such as decking, pond lining, and driveways. It serves as a separation layer between the substrate and the exterior roof to allow space for airflow and protection against sharp objects, and can prolong the life of correctly fitted roofs.
Texon Underlay does not rot or cause adhesion and can assist in the protection of roofing materials such as lead, against condensation, corrosion or chemical attack from stone, concrete or timber. It can also protect from damage due to any uneven substrate and provide support from downward pressure.
